Providing students with a framework and language to understand difference is a critical element of intercultural competence. Join this session to learn how to help students distinguish between stereotypes and generalizations and assist students in pausing
before passing judgment when they encounter people and situations that are new and/or different. The classroom activity and framework provided are applicable for levels of language learning.
