The National Commission on Standards presents a session dedicated to advanced-level learners of French through the works of two prizewinning young Francophone authors, Mohamed Mbougar Sarr and François-Henri Désérable. The presenter will discuss how Sarr's "La plus secrète mémoire des hommes" and Désérable's "L'usure d'un monde" can be read, analyzed, and assessed to align student outcomes with Sample Progress Indicators, and to connect the 5 Cs through literature.
